Your first visit will be your first step to replace your missing teeth. Your free consultation includes a basic implant evaluation and oral examination and a panoramic radiograph.
Please keep in mind that your free consultation does not guarantee that you will be a suitable patient at Modern Implant Institute. Depending on the needs of course participants,as well as, other education needs we may have from time to time, we may have to put you on a waiting list. This is especially true for patients with advanced problems. There are not many clinicians in the entire world who have the training and expertise to treat advanced and complex implant cases, let alone in Chicagoland. That being said, most patients will be suitable for our doctors and participants to treat at some point during the year.
After your free initial consultation, you will need to schedule a treatment plan acceptance,where your treatment options, informed consent, scheduling requirements, and financial obligations will be discussed. This helps you to fully understand the procedures you are considering, and minimizes scheduling and financial surprises.
For uncomplicated cases, the only other information we need is a diagnostic impression to make a stone model of the area of interest. This will allow our participant to examine the case before placing the implant. It will also allow us to make what is called a surgical guide prior to the date of surgery. Photographs may also be taken. There are no additional costs for the impression and the photographs.
For complicated cases, an impression and photographs will be taken. In addition, a cone beam CT scan of the area of interest will be taken. There will be a charge for the cone beam CT scan only, but at a reduced rate.
After the diagnostic information has been reviewed, we can proceed to implant placement.
